By meeting you in your environment to discuss your preferences, the difficulties you face, and by visiting the premises and seeing the personnel already in place, we will be better able to select the resources you need. We will then be able to choose, assign, and direct our personnel so we can represent you and provide for you adequately. The information you give us—job descriptions, protocols, steps to follow, instructions—will be disclosed to our personnel with your approval. In this way, your reality will become our reality. We will then be in a position to choose and assign personnel and to plan the required orientation.
